Incorrect Address

If your order is placed with an incorrect shipping address, we may be able to change the address if you contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we can intercept the order before it ships, nor are we able to provide refunds, credits or replacements for address errors. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid any issues.

Lost Packages

Once your goodies are on their way, we have no control over what happens to them during transit. We are unable to provide refunds, credits or replacements for lost packages. However, every order comes with USPS insurance included, which covers your purchase up to $100 in case of loss or damage. 

If your order is deemed lost by the carrier, you can submit a claim for reimbursement on the USPS website, then place a new order with us. When USPS approves your claim, you will get a check in the mail for your original purchase price.

Damaged Products

We take great care in securely packing each and every order. But we don't have control over how well they're treated once they leave our hands, so we are unable to provide refunds, credits or replacements for products that are damaged in transit. However, every order comes with USPS insurance included, which covers your purchase up to $100 in case of loss or damage. 

If any of your items are arrive damaged, write a description of the damage and take photos of the product and its shipping box. You can use this evidence to submit a claim on the USPS website, then place a new order with us to receive your product(s).

Your new order will ship according to our standard processing times, found on our homepage banner. When USPS approves your claim, you will get a check in the mail for your original purchase price, minus any original shipping charges (if applicable).

International Shipping

We currently ship to USA addresses only. However, our official decant partner Ajevie carries samples of select perfume oils from our catalog. They also offer an international forwarding service that you can use to receive orders from our shop! Click here to read the details on Ajevie's website.
