Once your goodies are on their way, we have no control over what happens to them during transit. If your order is deemed lost by the carrier, contact us so we can work on getting it replaced. We are unable to offer refunds or credits due to shipping issues.
Damages & Issues
If any of your items are arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Include a description of the damage and take photos of the product and its shipping box. We will request the photos via email so we can submit a claim to get your order replaced quickly.
Also, please keep all packaging in case the carrier requests inspection.

Currently, we only ship to the USA. International shipping will be announced as soon as it is available!
