Lost Packages
Every order comes with insurance included, which covers your purchase in case of loss or damage. However, once your goodies are on their way, we have no control over what happens to them during transit.
If your order is deemed lost by the carrier, you can submit a claim for reimbursement on the USPS website, then place a new order with us. When USPS approves your claim, you will get a check in the mail for your original purchase price.

Incorrect Address
If your order is placed with an incorrect shipping address, we may be able to change the address if you contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we can intercept the order before it ships, nor are we able to provide refunds, credits or replacement orders for address errors. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid any issues.
Damaged Products
Every order comes with insurance included, which covers your purchase in case of loss or damage. If any of your items are arrive damaged, write a description of the damage and take photos of the product and its shipping box.
You can use this evidence to submit a claim on the USPS website, then place a new order with us. When USPS approves your claim, you will get a check in the mail for your original purchase price.
