Shipping Policy
Incorrect Address
If your order is placed with an incorrect shipping address, we may be able to change the address if you contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we can intercept the order before it ships, nor are we able to provide refunds, credits or replacements for address errors. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid any issues.
Lost Packages
Once your goodies are on their way, we have no control over what happens to them during transit. However, every order comes with USPS insurance included, which covers your purchase in case of loss or damage.
If your order is deemed lost by the carrier, you can submit a claim for reimbursement on the USPS website, then place a new order with us. When USPS approves your claim, you will get a check in the mail for your original purchase price.

Damaged Products
We take great care in securely packing each and every order. However, once your goodies are on their way, we have no control over what happens to them during transit. Every order comes with USPS insurance included, which covers your purchase in case of loss or damage.
If any of your items are arrive damaged, write a description of the damage and take photos of the product and its shipping box. You can use this evidence to submit a claim on the USPS website, then place a new order with us to get your replacement product(s).
Your replacement will ship according to our standard processing times, found on our homepage banner. When USPS approves your claim, you will get a check in the mail for your original purchase price, minus any original shipping charges (if applicable).

Domestic & International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to the USA. International shipping will be announced as soon as it is available!
