When will my order arrive?
The current amount of time it takes for us to prepare, package and ship your order (aka processing time) is always listed on the top banner on our home page. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. From that point, we can't make guarantees about how fast it will get to you. But barring any unforeseen issues, most packages reach their destination in a week or less.
I think my package got lost/returned/damaged. What should I do?

Can I change/return/cancel my order?

How do you open the sample vials?
The lids on our sample vials are VERY snug to prevent leaking in transit. They will not budge if you try pulling them straight out. Instead, use your thumb and forefinger to bend it side to side until you can wiggle it loose. Check out this video for visual instructions.
What are your fragrances made of? Are they natural, vegan or cruelty-free?
We use a mix of high quality fragrance oils, essential oils and synthetic perfumery materials to create our products. They're not "all-natural" as many wonderful scents can't be captured from strictly botanical sources. Our fragrances are 100% vegan (unless otherwise noted) and we NEVER test on animals ❤️🐾
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We only have our online store at this time, but if you're in the Southern Oregon area, check our Market Schedule to shop in person at our booth!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to USA addresses only. However, our official decant partner Ajevie carries samples of select perfume oils from our catalog. They also offer an international forwarding service that you can use to receive orders from our shop! Click here to read the details on Ajevie's website.
